BOARD OF ADVISORS David C. Boutry – Mr. Boutry is a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Boutry served as a Partner of Real Estate Acquisitions for Westbrook Partners. In addition to his acquisition responsibilities, Mr. Boutry had officer responsibilities at EAGL with Mr. Apollaro. While working with EAGL, Mr. Boutry purchased over twenty golf courses with a value in excess of $100 million. Prior to joining Westbrook Partners, Mr. Boutry was a Financial Analyst with Merrill Lynch & Co. and Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Hovey S. Dabney – Mr. Dabney was the Founder and Chairman of Jefferson Bankshares, Inc., the holding company for Jefferson National Bank. He served in that capacity until 1998 when Wachovia acquired the company. He served two terms on the University of Virginia’s Board of Visitors and was appointed Rector of the University. Mr. Dabney is also a former President of the Virginia Medial Center, a past member of the board of the Darden School of Business, and a past President of Farmington Country Club. Bernard Gallacher – Mr. Gallacher is a professional golfer who starting playing on the European PGA Tour in 1967. The former Head and Touring Professional of Wentworth Club has won over a dozen professional golf tournaments including the Tournament Players Championship, the Dunlop Masters (twice), the French Open, and the Spanish Open. He represented Europe in the Ryder Cup as a player seven consecutive times and as European team Captain twice – in 1993 and 1995. Steve Mann – Mr. Mann is the Head Golf Professional at Wollaston Golf Club in Boston, MA, and previously held the same position at Olde Kinderhook Golf Club in Kinderhook, NY. Mr. Mann has over ten years in the golf industry and is a Class A Member of the PGA. Mr. Mann has served as an Assistant Professional at several prominent private clubs including Pine Valley Golf Club, Pine Valley, NJ and Wannamoisett Country Club, Rumford, RI. Edward J. Morgan – Mr. Morgan is a Principal with Trammell Crow Company and is responsible for Company acquisitions in the Washington DC area. He has over 18 years of commercial real estate development and financing experience. Over the last ten years, Mr. Morgan has been involved in the acquisition, development, construction, and disposition of over $1 billion in commercial real estate. Robert J. Rotella, Ph.D. – Dr. Rotella is internationally known for his work in the area of sports psychology, and is the former Director of Sports Psychology at the University of Virginia. He is the author of several books including Golf is not a Game of Perfect and Golf is a Game of Confidence. Dr. Rotella’s current and former clients include: Tom Kite, Nick Price, Davis Love III, David Duval, Brad Faxon, the National Golf Foundation, the New York Yankees, General Electric, and Merrill Lynch. He has also served on the Editorial Board and Instructional Staff for Golf Digest. C. Ray Smith, CPA – Professor Smith is Executive Director of the Darden School Foundation at the University of Virginia and the Tipton R. Snavely Professor of Business Administration. His areas of expertise include real estate development and finance as well as entrepreneurship, and he has acted as Darden’s interim Dean on three occasions. Professor Smith is the author of Cases in Management Accounting and Control Systems.
