Shoots 11-Under Par in Symetra Tour “The Road to the LPGA” Event

MYERSVILLE, MD – August 27, 2012 – Misun Cho won the inaugural Challenge at Musket Ridge yesterday with an overall 11-under 205 to clinch the win in a competitive field of over 130 Symetra Tour players. She defeated runner-up Sarah Brown by just one stroke for her third-career Symetra Tour victory.

www.challengeatmusketridge.com) is a new event on the schedule for the LPGA’s Symetra Tour and one of sixteen official tournaments played in 2012. It is currently the only women’s professional golf event in Maryland. Portions of the proceeds from the tournament will be donated to support women’s and children’s charities in Frederick County.

The Symetra Tour – the Road to the LPGA - is the official developmental tour of the LPGA.
