Affinity looks at clubs as businesses and we solve problems in the context of an integrated, cohesive club as a whole. This means we bring a strategic mindset to solving problems and pursuing opportunities. We start by asking good questions, and go on to gather and analyze the data and other information required to make good decisions and high impact recommendations.
We are not the largest club advisory firm, but we have been called the most creative. And as the only club advisor with an in-house professional management practice we also may be the most pragmatic. Affinity makes recommendations that we either have implemented or that we could implement if called upon to do so.
